Farrin Cain, Lt. Governor
Farrin has been an active member of the AAU since 2003. Farrin has 3 children Katy, Carson and Maddox Cain, all whom have been active in AAU sports. Farrin graduated in 1985 from Katy high school Katy, Texas. After graduation he attended the University Of Arkansas at Monticello where he played football. Farrin graduated in 1990 with a Bachelor in Science degree. He is currently the Aquatic Director of HealthWorks Fitness Center. Since 2003 Farrin has coached 12 winning AAU Arkansas state Championships. Farrin has coached Team Arkansas swim club since 2009 winning 4 AAU Junior Olympic National Championships and 5 runner-ups. Farrin was active in the promotion of AAU swimming in Arkansas, growing from just a summer league to a year-round program. This has resulted in growing from 11 swim clubs to 25 swim clubs in Arkansas. He was active in starting the first ever AAU swim scholarship awarded every June to one swimmer that amplifies AAU and its purpose. Farrin was awarded AAU volunteer of the year 2018.
